In light of the above, our Director Mr. Rahul Sathe conducted a course as a visiting faculty for the CEPT Summer Winter School 2024. About the course: Course: The Architect’s Prescription -Specifications, BOQ’s and Estimates
Duration: 7 days
Location: India House, Pune, Maharashtra
Similar to how doctors prescribe medicines, architects prescribe specifications and details for construction. These prescriptions are in the form of detailed drawings, spec sheets, BOQs and tender documents.
The structured schedule provided a comprehensive overview of the various stages of architectural planning and execution. A site visit to our ongoing project, 'College of Engineering Pune', offered students practical exposure. This hands-on experience was invaluable in connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world application.
