Ar. Rahul Deshmukh is an accomplished Associate at CCBA Designs, with a rich and diverse career spanning over 15 years in architecture and design. He joined the firm in 2008 as a young architect with just one year of experience, and has since grown to become an integral part of the team, contributing to a wide range of projects across various typologies.

Rahul’s career at CCBA began with the award wining Suzlon One Earth Global Corporate Headquarters in Hadapsar, Pune. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous landmark projects, including the Lifecare Multi-Speciality Hospital in Udgir, Bajaj Institute of Technology in Wardha, KEM Hospital, and a transit hub. His extensive portfolio also includes the Faculty Residence at Aamby Valley and the MDP Hostel at Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Pune.

Through these experiences, Rahul has gained a deep understanding of architectural design, project management, and execution. His work is characterized by a keen attention to detail, an ability to solve complex design challenges, and a focus on creating functional, innovative spaces. He is particularly skilled in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Currently, he is leading several projects, including a mass housing development in Mizoram, institutional buildings for COEP and two residential development projects in Kharadi for the Lodha Group.
