Mandar Mhaskar is an architect, urban planner and associate at CCBA Designs Pvt. Ltd. With over seven years of experience, he is dedicated to designing spaces that elevate both communities and the environment, Mandar takes a collaborative approach, blending creative design with startegic planning to craft functional, sustainable and visually appealing environments.

His diverse portfolio of national and international projects spans residential, commercial, institutional and public spaces all reflecting his commitment to thoughtful, context-driven solutions that enhance urban living and contribute to a better-built environment. He has been instrumental in the design and development of several significant projects. Some of his notable works include the design of an integrated township at Shedung, the Green Valley Global Research Centre in China, master plans for the COEP Satellite Campus in Chikhali, Sassoon General Hospital and B.J. Medical College in Pune, the Parliament Complex in Burundi and the master plan for Belmondo Township in Pune (Phase III). Currently, he is focused on the development of a Golf Township in Kolkata and a large-scale township project in Igatpuri.
