Christopher Charles Benninger is conferred with Glitz Design Honour 2020 for Lifetime achievement for his outstanding contribution to the field of architecture.

CCBA began the celebrations of it’s silver jubilee of 25 years of Timeless Architecture.. (1995-2020) by hosting a very important talk by Dr. Bimal Patel. He explained urban renewal projects in a complex socio-political, historical and cultural context from the Transformation of Central Vista, New Delhi to the Redevelopment of Mumbai Port to the Vishwanath Dham of Varanasi.

Glitz magazine has dedicated their anniversary issue to spaces designed by legendary architect Christopher Charles Benninger. This issue has been released on the occasion of his 77th birthday which is on November 23.

CCBA Designs won the IIA National Award for Architecture 2019 (Industrial / Infrastructure Category) for Krohne Marshall New Manufacturing Campus, Pune

This is the sixth IIA Award  won by the team, highest number in the country.

Prof. Christopher Charles Benninger has been invited to talk on architecture and urban design at Hotel Hindustan International and KIIT University Auditorium, Bhubaneswar on Sept 27, 2019.

The event has been organised by IIA Odisha Chapter.

Bajaj Institute of Technology, Wardha designed by CCBA Designs was inaugurated by Shri Nandan Nilekani (co founder and chairman of Infosys Ltd) on September 16, 2019.

The ceremony also saw the presence of Mrs. Rohini Nilekani, Patron of the institute – Shri. Rahul Bajaj and Shiksha Mandal chairman – Shri. Sanjay Bhargava. Prof. Christopher Charles Benninger, Mr. Ramprasad Akkisetti and Ar. Daraius Choksi received accolades on behalf of the CCBA Designs team : Ar. Noel Gerald, AR. Sahil Pherwani, Ar. Rahul Deshmukh and others. Harshal Buildcon, the contractors were equally instrumental in the fine construction of campus.

Prof. Christopher Charles Benninger gave a talk on architecture and urban design at ITC Fortune Park BBD, Rana Pratap Marg, Dainik Jagran Chauraha, Lucknow on Sept 21, 2019 at 7:30 pm.

The event was attended by the students of architecture colleges and members of the architecture fraternity from Lucknow and around.

The second edition of the International Film Festival on Architecture and Urbanism was hosted on 2nd & 3rd August at National Film Archive of India, in Pune, India to promote cohesive learning of cinema and architecture alike and to enrich and inspire many practicing Architects and Students as well, in Pune, India.

Prof. Christopher Charles Benninger gave a talk to the real estate business houses, Builders and Developers about what are the Buildings for Tomorrow and their relevance.
